Real time

Feb. 14, 2024

Since the first half of 2021, several RENAG stations have been broadcasting their data in real time (see map here) via a Ntrip server hosted at the Observatoire de la Côte d'Azur. Most of these stations are equipped with a Trimble NetR9 receiver and a multi-GNSS geodetic antenna that receives signals from GPS, GLONASS and Galileo satellites.

Since June 2023, stream RTK corrections from RENAG stations have mainly been rebroadcast via the public open-source collaborative network Centipede which you can access by following the login instructions here.

For specific applications that necessitates direct access to the data stream, the connection is free and subject to identification:

Ntrip server: gnssfr.unice.fr:2101

login/password: on request and with justification by mail to RENAG data center (renagdc_at_oca.eu).

The list of network stations broadcasting in RTK is available here: http://gnssfr.unice.fr:2101/

Several open-source softwares allow to process data broadcasted by Ntrip streams, from format conversion to RTK or PPP positioning:

Real-time products (correction and ephemeris) are available free of charge from the IGS (registration here) and can be used to perform PPP positioning in real-time.
